1) For cold water use perforated steel strip polyethylene composite pipe

The perforated steel strip polyethylene composite pipe is a composite pipe that uses a perforated pipe welded from cold-rolled steel strip as the reinforcing skeleton and is compounded with thermoplastic plastic. Due to the introduction of the reinforcing skeleton, the heat resistance and strength of the pipe are significantly improved. In terms of process, this product introduces an adhesive layer between the steel strip and polyethylene, and uses argon protection during steel strip welding to prevent oxidation of the molten steel plate during high-temperature welding, solving the problem of water channeling in composite pipes and making the performance of the composite pipe even better.

1. Has higher rigidity, impact resistance than plastic pipes, and has a low expansion coefficient and creep resistance similar to steel pipes.

2. Double-sided anti-corrosion, with the same anti-corrosion performance as plastic pipes, and is corrosion-resistant. The operating temperature is increased.

3. Low thermal conductivity.

4. Smooth inner wall, no scaling, head loss is 30% lower than that of steel pipes.

5. Pipe connections use electrothermal fusion connection, with mature technology and a wide variety of pipe fittings.

6. Lightweight, easy to transport and construct.

7. By adjusting the thickness of the steel plate and plastic, pipes of different pressure grades can be manufactured, and the parameters of the reinforcement can be easily changed to produce pipes of various pressure resistance levels.

8. Using plastics with high temperature resistance grades, such as heat-resistant PE-RT polyethylene, random copolymer polypropylene (PP-R), etc., can produce temperature and pressure resistant pipes.

9. High overall reliability of the pipe, with a service life of up to 50 years under normal conditions.

2、For hot fluid use perforated steel strip heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) composite pipe(Dongtai Pipe Industry）

This product is made with a perforated pipe welded from cold-rolled punched steel strip as the reinforcing skeleton and heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) as the main material. Due to the introduction of the reinforcing skeleton and heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT), the pressure resistance and heat resistance of the pipe are significantly improved. This allows composite pipes originally only suitable for low-temperature (≤40℃) water supply to be used for hot water transportation, secondary heating pipelines, and pipelines for transporting high-temperature media in industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical.
